Rocking the Belk Bowl
Thanks to Belk’s Rocking the Belk Bowl Contest, three Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools will receive a $25,000 technology grant. This contest kicked off in October and offered Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools the chance to win by creating educational and Belk-Bowl themed designs on their school rocks or bulletin boards. The winning schools will also receive an allotment of tickets to the bowl game thanks to local sponsors Chiquita ® and Husqvarna ®.
In addition to the three winners, the remaining 20 participating schools will each receive a $1,000 technology grant.
